Elevate Your Hustle ("we," "us," "our") operates an automated messaging assistant, the EYH Keith Bot, on Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what information we collect through that assistant and how we use it.
When you comment on our posts or send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive your public username, your message text, and your platform-assigned user ID. If you choose to share it, we may collect your email address or phone number so we can send you the free resources you request.
We use this information to reply to your message, deliver the free resources you asked for (such as our ebook or AI tools cheat sheet), answer your follow-up questions, and — only if you opt in — send you related credit and business education. We store contact records in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) to manage this follow-up.
We do not sell your data. We do not process financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or credit reports through this assistant. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that operate the assistant on our behalf (Meta, our hosting provider, and our CRM).
You can reply STOP at any time to end messages. To request deletion of your data, email elevateyorhustle@gmail.com and we will remove your records within 30 days.
To delete the data the EYH Keith Bot holds about you, email elevateyorhustle@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" from the account you used, or send our Facebook Page a message saying "Delete my data." We will remove your contact record and message history within 30 days.
